The Furla Online Shop aims at proving the highest level of customer satisfaction and the best quality product. If for any reason our products do not meet your expectations, we offer our customer a 14 days return policy from the date of delivery. You can process your return for request by clicking here. The right to return the product may be exercised exclusively by the customer and under no circumstances by the recipient of a gift.
To make a return of goods, you can return in one of our Furla retail stores.
To make a return to your own retail store, you need to fill out the return form that was delivered to you along with the goods. You can also download the return form by clicking here, print it, fill out and sign. After that, you will need to contact one of Furla's own retail stores (you can view the list of retail stores by clicking here).
In order to make the return, you must have: passport, the order form that was enclosed in the package, electronic check (in case the order was paid on the website), paper check (if the order was paid upon receipt).
At the time of the appeal, the employees will check the goods for and after processing the return, they will issue you an acceptance certificate. If the order was paid on the site when placing the order, the funds for the goods will be returned to the bank card with which the payment was made. If the order was paid upon receipt, the money will be returned to a bank card, the details of which will be indicated on the return form, within 10 business days. Regardless of how the order was paid, funds for the order can not be issued in cash at the store at the time of treatment.
a. Return of the goods immediately upon receipt at the CDEK office or by courier: The goods of proper quality can be returned immediately in the presence of a CDEK employee, naming the reason for the refusal. In case of damage or receipt of goods of inadequate quality (which caused the refusal), draw up a damage report in the presence of an employee of the CDEK (issued by an employee). b. Return of the goods after the receipt at the CDEK office or by courier: The sender can arrange the service in the following way: - by calling the CDEK hotline for customer refunds 8-800-250-19-30; - by contacting the orders` pick–up point and issuing an invoice together with the CDEK manager It is necessary to clarify in what way (through CDEK or another logistics company) an order has been received, which or part of which needs to be returned, to name the track number.
Once the Furla Online Shop has received the returned goods and checked that all the requirements have been met, a confirmation that the return has been accepted will be sent to you by e-mail. Refunds may only be issued on the payment methods used originally. When credit or debit cards are used, the refund timing depends on the bank, approximately 10 working days.
Unfortunately Furla doesn't allow exchanges. However, it is possible to return the product received and place a new order for the product desired.
