From your account, you will be able to check the status of your orders and deliveries, request a return, create your personal wish list and even share it with your friends. To create an account, go to furla.com, hover over the account icon on top of the page and click on ‘Register’. (Furla My Account).
Your account details can be updated by logging in to your personal area. To do so, log in to your account and click on ‘Personal data’ to change your personal information or click on ‘Addresses’ if you want to change your address or add new ones. If you want to cancel your account or delete your information, please send a request by email to privacy@furla.com
You can place your order online on furla.com and have your order delivered to your prefer location. If you need any assistance to complete your purchase, please contact our customer service. They can assist you with placing an order and send you a link to complete the online payment. Alternatively, you can book an online appointment and make your purchase at the store or online while being assisted by one of our store experts. Book an appointment by clicking here. Our Furla omnichannel experience also allows you to buy online and pick up your product in one of our stores or reserve online and try/see and touch the product in store.

Of course! By clicking the "Notify me when available" button on the product page you will receive a notification when the product is available.
You can personalise a selection of Furla items, which are helpfully marked with a specific personalisation icon, by adding a maximum of three initials in the Furla font (from the Latin alphabet) and choosing a colour from the selection available on the product page. The position of personalisation varies for each product and a preview of the relevant area will be shown before you can complete the purchase. Our items can only be personalised on one area as shown in the simulation. Our items are personalised using a UV LED ink printer.
The personalization process has been tested for a successful result. The material will not be affected during or after personalisation thanks to the high-quality UV LED ink-jet printer used. We guarantee the precision and durability of this technique which is always tested on new materials and surfaces.
